Aimed at people of all levels to learn how to develop skills and express themselves using Art techniques, with free entry to local exhibition.

Chair Based Yoga Exercise for Health - Fridays
11.15am-12.15pm, starts 19 Jan (6 weeks) and  3 March (10 weeks) @ Pymmes Park. Suitable for beginners and those with limited  mobility, focusses on seated poses with self massage. Cost: £2.50 per session.
