Location: Mind in Enfield, North London
Service: A busy and growing counselling service (IAPT) requires a discreet, proactive and experienced administrator to help with the running of our office, reporting to the Clinical Lead of the counselling service.
Mind in Enfield is a local independent mental health charity, working in partnership with other statutory and voluntary organizations to provide a range of services to local population. The Counselling Service (IAPT) is an integral part of the organization delivering counselling to around 450 people per year.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to provide administrative support to Counselling Service (IAPT).
This is a fast paced and varied role for an articulate candidate of graduate caliber, who is a real multi-tasked and fast learner. Duties are varied, including meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, helping the counsellors with correspondence, updating database systems and clinical information. You will handle telephone and email enquiries, update records and generally be a pillar to your co-workers and the Clinical Lead. Good all round secretarial skills are essential together with an ability to work with challenging clients and an enthusiasm to learn and grow.
