The role: Counselling Service Manager (Maternity Cover)
Salary: TBC (including Outer LWA),
Hours: Between 22-25 Hours per week
Location: Based in Enfield, North London
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our dedicated team of counsellors made up of paid staff and volunteers for the delivery of high quality counselling services to meet contractual targets and outcomes.
You will have a proven track record within the counselling and therapy field and possess high level management skills including the ability to manage information, operations, finance, fundraising initiatives and be accredited with BACP, UKCP, BPS or BCP.
You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be experienced in developing services and have an awareness of current national initiatives in mental health and the provision of psychological services.

Job Title: Counselling Administrator

Service: A busy and growing counselling service requires a discreet, proactive and experienced Admin Support Worker to help with the running of our office, reporting to Counselling Service Manager.
Mind in Enfield is a local independent mental health charity, working in partnership with other statutory and voluntary organizations to provide a range of services to local population. The Counselling Service is an integral part of the organization delivering counselling to around 450 – 500 people per year.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to provide administrative support to the Counselling Service.
This is a fast paced and varied role for an articulate candidate of graduate caliber, who is a real multi-tasked and fast learner. Duties are varied, including meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, helping the counsellors with correspondence, updating database systems and clinical information. You will handle telephone and email enquiries, update records and generally be a pillar to your co-workers and Counselling Service Manager. Good all round secretarial skills are essential together with an ability to work with challenging clients and an enthusiasm to learn and grow.
