For homelessness please go to the John Wilkes house to start your online application for homelessness and then if you have not used the Advice and Advocacy Service before please contact your GP or professional that is working with you to be referred to Mind in Enfield. If you have used the Advice and Advocacy service before or if you have any questions about this process, please contact us and leave a message 020 8887 1499, with your name, number and a brief description of your issue and we will get back to you. Please note that John Wilkes House has computers free of charge, for you to use for your online housing application and members of staff there to assist you, from Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm, you can just walk in, and all libraries in the borough have a 1 hour free session to do your online housing application.

Please note that we will not be able to assist you until you have been referred to our services as we do not work with clients unless they have been referred or are currently a client with the Advice and Advocacy Team. If you want to download and print a copy of the referral form, please click on the ‘make a referral’ button on the right hand side of the screen, download and print the appropriate referral and take this to your GP or professional assisting you for them to complete and send to us.
